Various Terms, Proofs, and Basic Rules of Archery Sports

As we already know, archery is one of the simple sports, but quite complicated on the technical application.

For the equipment, the sport of archery requires only 2 pieces of equipment, namely the bow and arrow.

In the art of archery techniques, in order to accurately hit a predetermined target, the candidates of archery participants must be able to estimate how much the angle of direction between the archer's gap and the object, not to mention estimating where the sunlight is coming from and the wind speed.

None other than that, the archery participants had to try as best they could to shoot the target of the circle, which each of the circles already contains a number of numbers, and also not forgetting the distance that has been agreed beforehand.

Rules of Archery Sports Games

All numbers or values that have been obtained in the sport of archery, calculated from the number of arrows that managed to precisely hit the target, and calculated based on the distance of the arrow sticking from the centre point of the circle.

The field used for archery can not be just like that.

Minimum must meet some requirements in this sport.

Place requirements that can be used for archery exercises:

The place for male and female participants, should be limited to using a line, which is approximately 5 meters wide.

Each pole used to support the target board, must be numbered, and firmly plugged into the ground, meaning that the shooter is not misdirected.

In at least one field, there are 1–3 targets used in each lane, usually used are 2 pieces, and must be clearly identified.

For the rules of archery, the distance of the target board allowed to women and men is different, as well as from the order of a certain range.

For men, the distance of archery field size that is usually set is 90, 70, 50, 30 m.

For women, the distance of archery field size that is commonly used is 70, 60, 4 0, 30 m.

Recording each successful point or score will only be recorded after several shots of three arrows.

All archers, must mention the nominal number or points themselves that he is executing, and other archers who are in the group, his job is to help him.

Each score obtained is determined based on the location of the arrows that have been successfully stuck in the target.

Each arrow that intentionally or unintentionally manages to hit 2 colors at once, or rather, hits the line that separates between each column, meaning the points it earns have a greater score.

On the other hand, if there is an arrow that penetrates the target board, bounces back (not plugged in), or hits another arrow, it will not get points.

Alternatively, the archery can get the [score] score, if the target board surface has traces of arrows thrown.

In other situations, the archery can get a value if if the arrow can be ascertained to hit the target board.

If there is a fiery arrow, or stuck to the target of another arrow (side), then the anka will get the same points.

For arrows that are located opposite each other from the other arrows, then the points are determined based on the final result of getting the number according to the place of the stick on the target board.

Conversely, for arrows that hit the target board after it has been bounced off the ground, it will not earn points for scoring numbers.

Archers are not allowed to touch the target board that has been fired, before the results of the determination of the check by the committee.

After the arrow is removed from the target board, then all holes that have been hit by gunfire, must be marked.

Archery Goal Board

For the target board, the target can be in the form of a board that has been coated with knitted straw rope, or other materials that can be used as a target.

How to make archery targets is quite easy.

You prepare and form a special foam that is used as a target target, the rest is just adding paper as the front of the target board, or it can also use fabrics and other materials suitable for use.

- For its classification, the target board is divided into 2 standard circular shape designs, the first of which is determined by an International archery organization, fita.

The size of the archery target has a diameter of 80 cm and 122 cm, of which each circle has been divided into 10 scoring zones with 1 central point.

- For large size panahamn targets that are 122 centimeters in diameter, the scoring zone width is 6 centimeters.

While the diameter is 80 centimeters, the width of the scoring zone is 4 centimeters, and overall, the target board is divided into 5 different centralized color zones.

Archery Sports Competition

The individual turnaround system of each competition conducted by FITA, lasts every 1 or 2 days, of which each tournament consists of 144 arrows, with one interval for every 36 arrows.

The division of the tournament is done from the farthest distance.

If for example the tournament competition lasts more than 2 days, then the furthest archery firing range, which will start on the first day.

Each competition will be guided by a 6-man escort of the field captain committee.

All the contestants who entered the race, they will start the competition on the first day, with six warm-up darts as a test shot, without being scored as a score.

Well, only after the next shot, the new arrow will be counted for the score on the competition points.

Each participant who participates in the race, all must wear a predetermined number on their back.
